Salary: Basic: £19,380 plus bonus OTE: £20,580
Hours: 40 per week including evenings and weekend.

Our Customer Service Advisor is the spreader of good carma; they guard our carma and make a positive lasting impression.
Are you ready to grab the wheel?
As a Customer Service Advisor in our state of the art contact centre, you will be the champion of our customer.
· Be the main port of call for any complaints or issues
· Handle and respond to incoming telephone queries from customers as well as email and live chat.
Essentially, you will be the bright light at the end of a tunnel for our customers; you will become their hero when you solve their problems for them.
Best of all you will get to ensure that all is now well as the follow up will be your responsibility as well, so you get the satisfaction of seeing things through to the end.
We'll also offer training and development, as well as great career opportunities in our fast-growing business. Our target is to be double the size we are today in the next three years.
What do we need?
· The desire to help and find solutions at the heart of what you do.
· Experience in a call centre or contact centre environment that would be ideal.
· A resilient attitude and a calm measured approach to all tasks.
· strong communication skills, being comfortable and able to speak to people on the phone.
Some previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience is desirable.
