Service Desk Analyst

Location: Birmingham
Employment type: Contract, 3 months
Daily Rate: up to £140/day (which may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed) INSIDE IR35

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Client's IT Team and become a key member of the team, building on your excellent customer support skillset in an IT environment.

The role

As an Service Desk Analyst your primary role will be to provide support to employees and escalate issues where necessary.

Your experience

Experience working as a Service Desk Analyst or IT Engineer is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
An enthusiastic individual with a keenness to learn.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues.
An understanding of ITIL frameworks is highly desirable.
