The Solutions Support Analyst in our Organisational Data Team plays a key role supporting and delivering improvements to our HR and Dementia Voice solutions and will support our new Finance System when it is implemented.
Support Analyst Responsibilities:
This is a great opportunity to build on existing skills in supporting large database business solutions, conducting business analysis to support change in the solutions, designing, implementing and testing changes, and creating some reporting as needed.
You will work with users of these solutions from across the organisation providing them with high quality support and training.
Support Analyst Requirements:
You will combine skills in order to deliver added value from our solutions to the business.
You will have ability to work with varied database solutions with experience of day-to-day solution administration, for example managing user accounts and maintaining workflows.
You will bring business partnering skills to understand business contexts, goals and horizons. Building trust between yourself and those you partner will important to your success in this role. Your strong interpersonal and interpretation skills will allow you to have open jargon-free conversations with the business. You can formulate emerging requirements through guiding conversations and capturing business needs.
You will be able to use Agile development techniques, rapidly producing prototypes and minimum viable products to deliver continuous improvements to solutions.
You will have experience of providing support and developing and delivering training materials to solutions users.
You will have experience of strong data governance to ensure that our data remains fit for purpose and is processed in compliance with data protection law.

Location: Home Worker (England, Wales and NI)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,806 - £28,181 actual per annum (depending on skills and experience) (+ London Allowance of £3,600 if applicable)
