An excellent opportunity to join a small but dynamic team who all operate across all levels of the technical side of the business, focusing on 1st line and 2nd line support of multiple customer environments.

The position is ideally suited to candidates who would enjoy a varied IT role which will expose them to a wide range of different technologies with plenty of opportunity to learn new areas including cloud technologies. The role offers both office based on site based customer support and installation opportunities.

Junior IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:

Working together with existing technical engineers, the ideal candidate will work in a varied environment and be expected to support and work with all Microsoft technologies as well as various Cloud Platforms, have good analytical skills and be able to communicate well. The workload will be varied, and the applicants will be expected to have the ability to learn quickly and be confident when faced with new challenges.

Junior IT Support Engineer Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have had 2 year+ experience in an IT Support / implementation role, and have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to perform under pressure and have the capability to work on their own initiative. Professional qualifications (eg. MCP ) would be preferable, but not compulsory as training opportunities will be offered to the correctly motivated candidate.

Office 365 support and implementation skills
Knowledge of Azure and similar Cloud platforms
Good working knowledge of Active Directory
Excellent support ability on all versions of Windows Desktop operating experience
