Headford are pleased to be working with an award-winning Managed IT Services, Cloud Hosting, and expert IT Consultancy provider. The Group's head office is in Liverpool and has offices in Manchester, London, Telford and Newport.

Position Description & Individual we are seeking.

This is a fast paced, office based sales role with a key focus on driving new business in new and existing accounts. You will be required to work closely with both marketing and the wider sales team to manage incoming leads, follow up on marketing initiatives and plan for account penetration.

This role is a 360 role and so there is a requirement to hunt, qualify, nurture and close business; as such the individual we are looking for needs to have proven experience and success in these areas. We need people with a true hunter mentality who want to smash their targets. This is a phone based role that will require high volumes of calls whilst utilising other communication channels.

As a Sales Executive you are accountable for:

Hitting monthly targets MRGP/VAR/PS
Maintaining accurate forecasts
Keeping CRM up to date
Customer retention
Maintaining customer spend
Performing against key performance indicators

As a Sales Executive you are responsible for:

Managing customer relationships
Prospecting and driving new business
Managing and upselling against existing accounts
Collaborating with marketing to assist with campaign management

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Clear success in hitting sales targets
Proven new business success
Account management experience
Managed IT Services sales background

High energy individual who thrives under pressure in a sales role, with continued determination to succeed
A strong team player who flourishes in being part of a successful team and in working closely with their peers

Ability to manage and grow customer spend
Excellent time management and personal organization, to prioritise multiple tasks and ensure internal and external stakeholders are kept informed and updated
