Our Cedar Falls, IA manufacturing client is looking to hire a Full Time Office Assistant to their growing team. This position is responsible for assisting the Office Manager with all office functions. The person in this role will need to be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
- Reception duties including answering the phone and greeting visitors
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assisting with documentation for shipping
- Generating prints and creating job packets
- Opening, sorting, and processing the mail
- Data entry
- Other clerical duties as assigned
- 2 + years of experience in an office setting. Experience working in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
- Positive attitude and team orientation in all verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with computers
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products
