Executive Assistant - German Speaking-permanent contract

* Preparation and post processing of internal and external meetings and conference calls
* Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, meetings and conference calls
* Support CEO in internal & external communication
* Organizing and booking international travel arrangements
* Coordinate activities and appointments and assist the CEO in drafting communication notes as well as presentations
* Various administrational tasks (expense reports, preparation of different documents for meetings, etc.)
* Working collaboratively with other team members as well as other business unities

* Your Profile
* 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant in an international environment
* Substantial executive administrative experience
* Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process
* High level of confidentiality, discernment and judgment
* Expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Proven ability to manage smaller projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines
* Candidate must demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
* High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
* Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization
* Fluency in German and English is a must, Chinese is an advantage
