Zellis are looking to recruit a lead for our ServiceNow application. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of ServiceNow administration and maintenance, and have a desire to move into ServiceNow development and project management.

Our ServiceNow application is critical to many aspects of our business. You will be running, looking after and evolving an enterprise application that manages our incidents, workflows our processes, hosts our Customer portal and helps keep us and our Customers secure through the CDMB and Risk Management modules.

If you can feed and water Zellis’ ServiceNow instance, manage small ServiceNow development projects and keep our lovely Zellis colleagues happy with their request funnel for changes, then please contact us below.


* Provision of support, administration and development of the ServiceNow environment.

* Act as the primary support contact, providing triage and identification of issues affecting the platform operation to resolve incidents.

* Assist in the configuration of out of the box functionality alongside end-user demonstration and training prior to deployment.

* Support knowledge transfer and delivery of training to the ServiceNow user community.

* Prioritise and manage open support Incidents and Change tickets.

* Manage and support the roll-out of new modules, upgrades or enhancements on the

* ServiceNow platform.

* Test and evaluate new ServiceNow technologies / modules / upgrades.


* Experience of ITIL based processes. Ideally ITIL Certified.

* Experience of ServiceNow Administration, ideally with Certified ServiceNow Administrator certification.

* Experience of configuring and managing Service Catalogues and Catalogue Items including basic scripting and variable configuration.

* Knowledge of any of the following an advantage:

* CSM (including CSM Portal, Reports & Dashboards, Case management)

* ITSM (including Incident, Problem, Change management, CMDB)

* ITOM (Discovery & Event management)

* GRC (Vendor Risk Management, Risk Management, Policy & Compliance)

* Security Operations

* Experience of ServiceNow development and integrations desirable.

* Experience of configuring integration web services with third party applications (utilising API web services).

* Experience in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI policies and actions, client scripts and configuring form layouts.

* Developing training collateral and delivery of training on ServiceNow to users.

* Investigating new technologies and provide feedback on system improvements.

* The ability to think logically and work well under pressure.

* Keen attention to detail.

* Strong customer focus.

* Writing operational documentation.

* Continually updating own technical knowledge and skills.

* Ability to work under own initiative to prioritise support ticket queue
