As a valued member of the Information Security team, the Director, Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for leading a team that provides security oversight and guidance for all aspects of the FanDuel Group (FDG) IAM deployment.


IAM is a critical part of the FDG's overall security posture, and this role will require someone with considerable experience delivering quality IAM services. This role will involve working closely with other information security disciplines as well as the FDG IT team. The Security IAM function will help with the determination of appropriate and safe access and authorization levels in the company. Working closely with other cyber security and infrastructure teams the role is responsible for creating and executing IAM strategies and for setting up processes and control frameworks that will help the organization in learning and then complying with regulatory requirements and privacy concerns. The role will also be responsible for managing and driving separation of duties, process development, and access governance.

Provide the leadership and vision to improve and grow the Security IAM team to deliver the FDG IAM strategy and roadmap
Deliver outcomes on the right operational performance metrics and continuously deliver process improvement based on metrics and data-driven insights
Collaborate with stakeholders including Group Audit, Legal and Compliance, Privacy, and Sourcing to ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with security engineering and operations teams to ensure IAM services drive business outcomes with end-to-end visibility to workforce transactions
Ability to plan, verify, and integrate IAM solutions for complex applications and programs
Developing and cross training a high performing team in which each team member is capable of supporting and building IAM programs and understands how the IAM programs fit into the broader Identity and Access Management Strategy
Produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI's) to measure risk and the effectiveness of programs

What we're looking for in our next teammate


Minimum of 7 years in Identity and Access Management Platforms and Capabilities
Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in cyber security
Excellent interpersonal skills; highly collaborative with confirmed ability in business partnering and influencing executives, internal global customers and management of third-party vendors
Has experience with implementing large scale initiatives requiring organizational change management and successful adoption for enterprise initiatives
Has prior large scale IAM implementation/integration experience including user provisioning, identity governance & administration, single sign on and privileged access management
Knowledge of the full user identity and access management lifecycle
Ability to travel occasionally throughout the United States of America and the United Kingdom (approximately 25%)


Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor of Science degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience with enterprise Okta implementation preferred
Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS and GCP preferred
