Holt Doctors Ltd are a market leader in the provision of healthcare staffing and workforce solutions to the NHS. We are industry regulated and hold numerous preferred supplier contracts across the UK. Located in Skipton North Yorkshire, we have seen exponential growth in recent years due to our ability to adapt to the market and offer staffing solutions to healthcare providers in England, Scotland and Wales. Due to increased demand from the NHS, company investment and significant new business wins, we are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our successful team.

In the past 18 months the team have demonstrated that a hybrid home/office working model is operationally successful. We are therefore delighted to be able to offer home/ office working for those individuals who have recruitment experience and are keen to take their career to the next level.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant position requires building a bank of doctors that you will be solely responsible for, through existing candidates, new registrations, events, networking and referrals. The role is predominately candidate facing, identifying suitable locum positions for doctors and sourcing doctors for vacancies available across our clients.

This is a fast paced position that requires the ability to build excellent working relationships, maximise opportunities for both doctors and clients ,whilst working to targets and delivering superb service to our customers. Holt are on all industry frameworks and take compliance very seriously, with robust processes and procedures in place to support Recruiters and adhere to compliance standards and government legislation.

Reporting to: Divisional Manager

Environment: Successful, friendly and experienced teams

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience

Bonus: Paid monthly, based on invoiced margin

Ideal experience: Sales orientated role, Estate Agent, Contact Centre, Travel Agent etc.

IT Skills: All Microsoft packages, adept at utilising CRM/internal database

Location: Head office Skipton initially moving to hybrid home/office working once up and running if recruiter so wishes

Package: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension

On Call: Occasional as part of company rota
