IT Supporter with ServiceNow

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Supporter to join one of their clients, a well-known company. For this temporary role based in Zurich, we are in search of an English-speaking candidate who is available to start in September this year.

Location: Zürich

Start Date: October 2021

Duration: 6 months

Your profile:

  • You are already based in Switzerland

  • Experienced IT Supporter with proven commercial experience

  • You are experienced to work with ServiceNow

  • Skilled in:

  • Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application

  • Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running

  • Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge

  • Gains understanding of underlying complex IT Systems to provide first analysis and escalate issues if necessary to 2nd Level Support

  • Close collaboration with other Support Tiers, as well as Site Reliability Engineering ("One Team")

  • Incident Reports and common root cause analysis (to identify common pattern and support the application in becoming more robust)

  • You bring practical problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in German and English language, verbal and written
