BILINGUAL HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

Position Summary

New Level Resources mission is Strategic Human Resources with Heart and every member of our team is an essential part to accomplishing this mission for each client.

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for assisting with project support responsibilities including answering incoming phone lines and general HR admin support for our Human Resources Consulting firm and clients.

This position will also be responsible for data entry and document proofing while also learning the responsibilities of talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development and administration. Candidate must be motivated, organized and possess effective communication skills. We are looking for assertive, energetic and creative individual to join our team! A qualified candidate will be comfortable managing their time to get tasks completed efficiently with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities
This position is strategic and hands-on with the following responsibilities;

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, and communications (emails, requests).

  • Maintain filing/scanning of HR related documents as assigned.

  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

  • Assist HR Team with various HR tasks including: preparation for meetings, coaching's, and training sessions, new hire orientations, onboarding & offboarding to include copying, gathering training materials, training set up and paperwork completion, background checks, reference checks, etc.

  • Various project work such as data entry and creating/running reports, updating job descriptions and assisting with audits.

  • Benefit support work such as creating benefit folders, processing enrollment forms and auditing eligibility reports and invoices.

  • Assist CO & CA team with research, inter-intrapersonal communications, coordinating meetings, and administrative support.

  • Ensure that short-term and long-term support projects are executed in an efficient and diligent manner.

  • Provide follow-up to pending issues to assure completion of tasks - internal and external.

  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all records and information.

  • Perform other duties, projects and research as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)

  • Min 1 year of demonstrated Human Resource experience (or related experience)


Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
  • Valid CO Driver's License required and proof of driver's liability insurance.

Schedule
This is a full-time position, hourly position. Hours of operation for the office are typically Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Work Environment
This job typically operates in a professional office environment at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels - routinely uses standard office equipment. Remote work may be considered.
Travel Requirements
Short-distance travel as needed - approximately 25% travel to and from office to client sites. Occasional Travel-approximately 2-4 times per year to headquarters in CA from CO.

SALARY RANGE: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour.
