Digital Front End Developer

We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Digital Front End Developer- West Midlands for one of their public sector clients.
Significant expert experience (minimum 2-5 years) implementing and supporting IT solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint Server with exposure to Microsoft SharePoint Server 2019, on non-Internet-connected secure systems in a UK Defence setting, with significant understanding and experience of associated technical and security policy.
Significant expert experience in developing, customising, and implementing in both SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
Significant expert experience (minimum 2-5 years) of migrating Legacy SharePoint 2010 InfoPath forms to a 2016 or 2019 SharePoint instance, on non-Internet-connected secure systems in a UK Defence setting, with significant understanding and experience of associated technical and security policy.
Experience of administrating SharePoint 2019.
Experience of migrating SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2019 using tools such as Metalogix.
Proficient in Designing and developing custom workflows using SharePoint Designer, and Nintex Workflow.
Expertise in working with Microsoft InfoPath Designer to create dynamic custom electronic forms and integrate with SharePoint applications.
Experience of implementing and supporting IT solutions based on SharePoint 2010, 2013 or 2016.
Knowledge or experience of using code repository such as Git.
Experience working as part of a technical design & delivery team.
Experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience of working in an ITIL environment.
Able to produce a high standard of technical and instructional documentation, such as Low-Level Designs, implementation plans and support documentation.
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
Flexible, team player, get-it-done personality.
Ability to organise and plan work independently.
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities.
Other skills and requirement:
Defence Information Management Passport (DIMP) to be completed.
Proficiency in core Microsoft productivity applications.
Occasional lone working. Occasional work in a noisy environment (server rooms). Work must be undertaken on the customer site so there are potential COVID exposure risks. Worker will be required to undertake COVID lateral flow tests routinely throughout the duration of the contract and comply with COVID HSW precautions.
Expected outputs/deliverables include but not limited to:
Build InfoPath forms that provide comprehensive and consolidated approach to meet the organisation's goal to streamline and improve the end-to-end processes.
Create different kind of fields and validation for multiple different views.
Create SharePoint Designer workflow approval processes to all approving managers
