Junior VOIP Technical Support Engineer - Homebased
A taltented VOIP Technical Support Engineer with a strong Linux skillset is required by a leading IT and Telecoms business. The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line remote support across software, hardware and networking infrastructure. The role will involve a shift up to 8pm 2 days per week and will be completely home based.
The Techncial Support Engineer will have previously supported VoIP environments and have worked in an IT/ Telecoms business in the past.
The Junior VOIP Support Engineer will join a leading organisation that provides hosted telephony and networking infrastructure for a wide variety of clients.
Skills required (the majority of):
Voip & telecoms
Firewalls / VPNs
Asterisk PBX set up and troubleshooting to a good standard
