Overview of the Senior Project Implementation Manager:
Reporting to the Snr Vice President of Global Implementations we are looking for a Senior Project Implementation Manager to lead a team of Implementation Specialists in this high growth and award winning SaaS Company.
The Senior Project Implementation Manager role is a new position within the company and has come about due to growth in the business (the business has grown over 50% in the last 2 years).
The position will also come with full remote working however the ideal candidate will be based in the South East as this will allow you to visit the company European Head Office in Hampshire with ease.
This position will lead a fast growing team in EMEA and will help to Implement internal and external projects by leading a group of Implementation consultants and Team leads in EMEA to ensure the continuous improvement of the project delivery.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Implementation Manager will work closely with Team leads and implementation consultants that will be responsible for performing requirements analysis, payroll system configuration and testing
This is a high visibility client facing role which requires acting as the client’s senior main point of contact for payroll specific queries arising at any point of time during the implementation life cycle
Understanding of payroll is a must in order to be able to manage the consultants and team leads that review and validate client’s payrolls.
Quality of information to be controlled so the teams can provide gap analysis between the client’s current payroll and the business payroll platform
Ensuring the teams review processes, document, test and deliver on plan to clients.
This role will be responsible for transitioning newly implemented projects to the Regional Operations team by documenting the “payroll transition manual” specific to each implementation and shadowing the Operations team during the project stabilization period
Strong inter-personal skills to manage the different teams and ensure the delivery of the payroll project s to our clients.
Also ensure the training material is updated and improved to ensure and ongoing easy training of new people to support the continuous growth.
The Ideal candidate will have worked at a senior level within a Global Payroll or Global HR implementation associated company, you will have also gained strong experience in leading large scale projects or programmes and know what a world class project implementation delivery should look and perform like.
We are also looking for a true leader, you will need to be tenacious, be able to work in a fast paced, have high expectations and a proven track record of success.
You will also Need:
Global Project Manager experience, including end-to-end project experience of customers with various service solutions in scope
Knowledge of Payroll End-to-End process in detail and preferable have been running payroll for larger international companies
Experience in strategic reporting and presenting to larger teams
Experience in implementation of payroll and / or HR solutions
Knowledge of how a business operates and achieves profitability
Knowledge of different international payrolls and statutory requirements
High degree of competence with MS Office suite of software
Experience of different payroll platforms in the set-up phase and operating phase of payrolls, especially Sage, Meta4, Highline, Oracle, SAP
Experience working with cross-functional teams on a variety of projects including new business, process development, partner and vendor management.
Experience of preparing and delivering presentations to all levels of business stakeholders
Achieving results through 3rd parties and vendor / partner management skills
Cooperating with multiple agencies who are not under the job holder’s direct control
