Scheduling/Personnel Coordinator


The Scheduling/Personnel Coordinator will function as the direct support for the District Manager and Operations Manager of the designated District or Region, as well as the corporate Human Resources department, and complete all scheduling and HR duties. Responsible for assisting with identifying personnel concerns and staffing needs, among other administrative duties. This is a salaried position in the main office and limited remote work will be required.

  • Monitor live schedule and watch for any and all discrepancies. Perform write ups for late employees.

  • Shift replacement for call outs and no shows.

  • Schedule new employees and assist them with scheduling app.

  • Enter new hires into TrackTik.

  • Assist with maintaining the officer tracking system to ensure all staff are arriving on time and working scheduled shifts.

  • Serve as on-call supervisor as needed for procedural and scheduling issues..

  • Complete special assignments from the Personnel Coordinator, Operations Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, and/or anyone other designated corporate officer of the company.

  • Follow up to ensure counseling is effective (if officer is counseled for uniform issues, make sure the issues are fixed)

  • Continuously monitor the Daily Summary reports for designated sites to maintain officer compliance and quality control based on client specifications and needs (i.e., make sure the officer is following the scope of service properly).

  • Update schedule changes in TrackTik at the approval of the CSSI management

  • Review hours for payroll to ensure accuracy

  • Answer phone calls into the CSSI office and Dispatch Center.

  • Make sure all officers are clocking in on-site and on time for their scheduled shifts (using TrackTik).

  • Maintain an efficient system to control equipment/uniform inventory. This includes, but is not limited to: maintaining an inventory of equipment serial numbers, ordering supplies, issuing uniforms and equipment, managing return of uniforms and equipment.

  • Perform basic Human Resources tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, new hire paperwork, scheduling interviews, hiring, and maintaining personnel files. .

  • Update and maintain forms.

  • Maintain SLED records and make sure employees' cards remain current.

  • Assist with maintaining the officer tracking system to ensure all staff are arriving on time and working scheduled shifts. .

  • Maintain detailed records of on site training


  • A salary position with flexible suggested working hours, paid TBD.

  • Working hours are Monday through Friday in the CSSI main office.

  • Manage work times/days to be available on weekends to aid dispatch in shift replacement and coverage responsibilities.

  • Bonus program based on OT management. Tracktik system will monitor and provide overtime percentage levels. Separate form will be presented once TT Scheduling is installed.

  • All business expenses paid by CSSI. Any company expenses must be PRE approved by the supervisor.

  • If you are to work at any other form of employment institution you are required to notify CSSI supervisor immediately in writing including schedule, obligation, times, services.

  • Company PTO policy will apply and be provided by HR.

  • Subject to change by CSSI ownership.


  • CSSI will provide a computer for use in the field.

  • CSSI will provide a vehicle for any necessary travel distances for any business related overnight stays.

  • CSSI will assist with any necessary company objectives.
