SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The I.T. Support Representative will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical and problem solving capabilities. The IT Representative will be expected to assist with clients or potential clients as part of the sales process and will possess a positive, service oriented personality. A minimum of three years of industry experience specific to business systems, hardware and networking services should be demonstrated in work history.
