Senior Solution Architect required to deliver a SOW with our FTSE Global client. This is an exciting engagement that would see you/the consultant being responsible for the Automation of the Service Desk globally. You must possess the ability and gravitas to influence and win the hearts and minds of others across a global organisation.

  1. Global contact center technology and surrounding services
  2. Self-service solutions including chat, chatbots, IVR, ITSM workflow-automation, Queue management,
  3. Integration with existing ITSM, Service Portal & Contact center platforms
  4. Use of NLP technologies
  5. Incident and service request management

Key skills:

  1. Multi-disciplinary experience working in service organizations
  2. Track record of developing specific solutions for omni-channel contact centers (Bots, voice, portal, chat, IVR) with integration and automation into CRM and ITSM platforms
  3. Desired: Working experience of Genesis Cloud and ServiceNow ITSM
  4. Desired: ITILv3/4 design experience
