Company vision and mission - Where are you heading and how will we get there?
We are a vibrant business servicing clients in the public sector driven by their needs to digitise services and a strong service ethos that runs through the company and a highly skilled, dynamic and innovative development, project delivery and support team.
We are all about customer service. We all know what good customer service is like and what bad customer service is like. We have all experienced both and are determined that our clients and their customers will experience the best service standards from us. This central tenant drives the company, and this appointment has an important part to play in further advancing this vision.
The company is well established and led by a team who are very experienced in delivering technology into the public sector. Over the next few years, we will continue to expand our client base and expand our product range by ensuring we listen well and deliver quickly.
We will continue to achieve our goal through our strong customer service ethos, our high levels of client engagement and our knowledge of the sector we operate in.
A career - Why should the candidate(s) work with our company? Our company culture and what makes us unique.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to make a difference, to make a contribution from the get-go. The entire team are receptive to new ideas, new ways of working and will embrace and help deliver change. If you have ideas about digitising training, remote learning, embedded tutorials and want to make your mark there is no better place for you to be.
We want all of that, we need all of that and need you to help us get there.
You'll be joining at a point in the company's history when we are preparing for rapid expansion. You'll be working closely with the company founders who while maintaining a very flat structure have created an entrepreneurial culture within the team and who will mentor you and help you achieve the vision that you will bring to the role, help you commercialise certain aspects of delivery and help you build a career within a growing company and to take the most of the opportunities' that this growth will offer.
You'll not be micromanaged but will be expected to deliver high quality solutions. You will have lots of freedom but will be expected to be a key team player. You will have a dedicated area of responsibility, but you will be involved in many aspects of the company's operational structures. Have no doubts that this is a challenging role but one that will be hugely rewarding, both in terms of professional and personal growth but also financially, with an attractive starting salary and a project-based bonus scheme.
We are a very social team celebrating successes and birthdays on a regular basis, being based in Kings Cross/Euston our restaurant options are extensive. Despite covid we have maintained our team spirt through regular online activities and deliveries of brownies.
Diversity in inclusion strategy - How do we ensure employees from diverse backgrounds can progress within our company?
Founding directors and other board members include both female and BAME members.
The company is fully committed to equal opportunities and diversity and policies and practices around these behaviors are rigorously applied throughout its activities.
Our clients are largely based around the public sector in London and rightly expect us to operate and demonstrate that we operate in this manner.
