Oracle CX CRM Application Manager

My client is looking for an Oracle CX CRM Application Manager. This is a newly created position in which I am looking for someone who has experience implementing Oracle CRM on a Global Basis. You will be responsible for building and leading the technology team through implementation of an enterprise CRM solution that supports all lines of business. The CRM Application Manager will collaborate extensively with the Enterprise Program Office, internal business stakeholders and third-party providers to lead the technology team responsible for the full CRM system implementation.

The candidate will take ownership of Oracle's CX CRM Cloud product and be responsible for guiding and overseeing future design and functionality changes
The individual will become the main business driver behind Oracles CX Cloud CRM and CPQ systems and will ensure the platform is enhancing customer value.
Work with business users to understand and document their business processes and requirements.
Work with the sales and support teams to scope proposed system changes and new uses with an understanding of costs and benefits.
This role will be the main business driver for adoption of the CRM system.
Understand the current implementation and architecture of Oracle CX & CPQ environments, including integration with CRM and ERP systems.
Conduct meetings with business users and IT personnel, and publish status and progress reports. During projects, clearly communicate project task status to key stakeholders.
Troubleshoot issues in the CRM & CPQ environment and related integrations.
The CRM Manager will be the key point of contact and relationship manager with the CRM vendor and related functional bolt on products and will be continuously evaluating enhancements.
5+ years of CRM experience Salesforce/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics/Oracle; including 2+ years' experience managing a team supporting CRM solutions.
5+ years of experience leading the implementation of Oracle CX Cloud CRM/CPQ Products
Effective interpersonal skills and proficient verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to work across multiple departments including, Sales, IT, Supply Chain and Operations.
Demonstrated organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
