Enterprise Information Architect: R&I, LIMS, ELN, Homeworking (m/f)

A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least two years in information system design.
Three to five years' experience in Research & Innovation business
In-depth experience of designing and implementing information solutions.
Expertise with LIMS and ELN, including integration with workflows of laboratories
Ability to communicate to executives, business domain stakeholders and technical staff
System integration experience, including interface design, and web-oriented architecture techniques
Datamodelling and information classification expertise at the enterprise level.
Understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models.
Understanding of metamodels, taxonomies and ontologies.
Familiarity with data science concepts, as well as MDM, business intelligence, and data warehouse design and implementation techniques.

Are you a Senior Enterprise Architect with experience in the field of research and innovation for a global organisation? We are looking for you to act as an interim architect for a global chemicals company.


You will collaborate with the R&I teams in various labs across the globe to provide strategic recommendations to maximize the value of information assets and improve collaborative working.
Influence information strategy.
Maximize value derived from data and analytics
Aiding value creation through data exploitation.
Assess the benefits and the risks of information
Enhance decision-making: Use tools such as business information models to provide the organization with a future-state view of the information landscape
Assist decision design
Enable effective data and analytics governance
Conduct business information modelling
Manage risk
Secure data and analytic assets
Improve EIM performance
