Essential Skills/Experience: Resource needs to have

  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA/CONFLUENCE; raising, tracking, updating and handling tickets and product information
  • Strong working knowledge of handling RAID logs
  • Experience of chairing Change Boards effectively
  • Strong AGILE/PRINCE2 experience
  • BPSS security clearance and available immediately

Overview - PMO Manager will be responsible for owning and maintaining the contact centre change and service improvement roadmap. Acting as the interface into the central change function. Managing the service improvement process and supporting the operational management and product owners controlling and tracking all change hitting the contact centres. Managing a team of PMO officers supporting the change and service improvement activities across each of the core contact centre services

Responsible for:

  • The day to day running of a variety of trace service lines and delivery of supplier and business outcomes in those key areas
  • Managing the operational change roadmap and service improvement process driving both small and complex change into the contact centres
  • Foster a culture of learning and improvement within team models, notifying relevant stakeholders of potential actions necessary for the future
  • Maintain RAID logs, updating to flag and escalate operational risks and issues into the relevant boards
  • Co-ordinate associated impact assessments as part of planning change for delivery into the contact centres
  • Reports into the PMO Manager and the Business Integration Team Lead according to need
  • Supporting product owners and operational leads to manage the service improvement backlog in JIRA and the change process interfaces to portfolio change office and service improvement teams
  • Managing backlogs in JIRA and supporting product owners on the product backlog process
  • Chairing contact centre change board and other governance related boards leading and dealing with senior stakeholders
