Customer Success Manager | US (Remote) | 90-120k Base (Depending on Exp) + OTE

I'm looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to work for a disruptive software vendor in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) space! The company's award-winning suite is used by enterprises worldwide, some of these include: AIG, Allianz, AT&T, HP, Microsoft & many more!

You will manage the post-sales relationships with regional strategic accounts, with the purpose of building customer loyalty and satisfaction which will be consistent with your customer retention and growth objectives!

Requirements:


  • 2-3 years' experience in a customer success/account manager role for a software vendor

  • Strong technical orientation

  • Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills

  • Success orientated with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • A proven track record of successfully building and maintaining multi-level client relationships

  • Project management experience (with excellent organizational skills)

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, develop clear and creative solutions to the customers' problems


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the post-sales relationships for strategically significant accounts & serve as the clients first port of call' for day to day and escalated issues or requests

  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction across named accounts through account planning, issue remediation, proactive client communications and performance measurement

  • Ensure each customer receives the upmost value the company's award-winning platform

  • Ensure program objectives are being met and measure the value of each solution to the customers organizations

  • Leverage internal subject matter experts to help customers optimize their investment

  • Build and execute account specific relationship framework, which will include regular status calls, business reviews (quarterly), account documentation, account planning sessions and also reference management
