They are a healthcare group that employs and trains chiropractors who specialize in delivering high-quality, outcome-based musculoskeletal care. Their desire is to significantly reduce recovery times for patients and prevent unnecessary MRIs, pharmaceuticals, injections, and surgeries.
The Chiropractor is responsible for the evaluation, ongoing assessment, treatment, and management of patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions through the use of an evidence-based approach.
The Chiropractor is in charge of the daily management of their practice environment and supervision of designated support staff.
In addition to providing chiropractic manual therapy, you are responsible for the instruction of all therapeutic exercise protocols, application of modalities, and functional taping within the treatment model; in addition to various administrative, practice development, and overall support responsibilities of your practice.
Their extensive vetting process helps ensure that you will be working with the best doctors in the country and consists of 5 interview steps that take between 4-6 weeks to complete.
As a doctor within their corporate structure, you can expect that you will be well trained, well accompanied, and well supported.
To be considered you must have a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree, be passionate about patient care, have exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength, and have a genuine affinity for soft tissue work (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques preferred).
Experience as a full-time chiropractor is preferred but not required.
Candidates must also have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
