BASE Media Cloud is seeking a talented, professionally qualified Project Manager to lead internal and client-facing project management across our full range of cloud hosted media solutions.
Reporting to the Technical Director, the role will encompass project management of internal engineering project tasks, as well as customer project management and client liaising across our managed services and professional services activities.

As Project Manager you will have a proven professional record of at least 3 years in the IT services, media technology or media services sector in a Project Management capacity and a passion for teamwork, technical innovation and customer service.
Your impeccable attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills and positive attitude will be key to your success.
Joining a small but growing team, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising projects tasks across our existing team of engineers, third-party SaaS vendor partners and out-sourced software development team, whilst working in direct collaboration with the in-house account management team to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
You will project manage deployments of client solutions as well as service upgrades, new products integrations and overall cloud platform expansion, working closely with our cloud-hosting and SaaS applications partners.

Project Management Tasks:
Onboarding: Scheduling, supervising and tracking all new customer technical on-boarding to BASE Media Cloud services, working in collaboration with assigned Sales Account Managers, in-house engineers and third-party SaaS partner vendors. Picking up orders from point of contract signature and supervising roll outs through to handover to BAU support. Communicating regular technical project statuses to Customers.
Change Request Management: Scheduling, supervising and tracking all Change Requests to existing customer accounts, working in collaboration with assigned Sales Account Manager, in-house engineers and third-party SaaS partner vendors. Communicating Change Request statuses to Customers.
Professional Services Projects: Scheduling, tracking and documenting all engineering, custom integration, software development, testing and customer roll outs for BASE Media Cloud using Confluence and JIRA projects/tickets boards/Wiki pages.
Product Development & Software Integration: Scheduling, supervising and tracking all internal software product development and software integration project work and running meetings with our international software development partner team.
Testing Programme Management: Scheduling, supervising and tracking all product and feature testing. Creating and managing test report templates and overseeing support engineers to conduct high-quality ongoing testing and vendor feedback.
Day-to-day Engineering Ticket Management: Scheduling, supervising and tracking all day-to-day internal JIRA engineering tickets to ensure work is well-ordered, prioritised and recorded. Communicating statuses to our subscription service Customers.
Migrations Planning & Management: Scheduling, supervising and tracking all data and service migrations for internal (data centre to cloud, cloud-to-cloud) and customer-facing (data migration from on-premises to cloud).
Key Vendor Project Liaising: Main point of contact for coordination of SaaS vendor product team meetings, feature roadmap updates, integration works and day-to-day product development communications.
Assisting with Security Accreditation, Documentation and Implementation: Working with the Technical Director and engineering team to ensure all security documentation and accreditation is up to date and that all agreed security best practices are adhered to on an ongoing basis across the organisation (supervised and led by the Technical Director).
Minimum of 3 years in the IT/cloud services or media technology/media services sector.
Demonstrable experience of Project Management, including relevant professional qualifications (eg: ITIL or Prince certification).
Demonstrable experience of technical project management of complex systems or solutions, including managing multiple in-house and external stakeholders.
Previous experience in cloud-based managed services would be of great benefit.
Industry experience in the media sector would be of great benefit.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 PA + Share Options - depending on experience.
