As the SFCC Architect you will oversee and manage Digital Product, UX, and Technology to define and manage the product strategy, roadmap, pipeline, and process workflows in collaboration with our cross-functional team members from Systems Engineering (internal systems), Marketing, Customer Service, Creative, Operations, and Merchandising. Additionally, you will define DTC technology/development (eCommerce and website) strategies, concepts, implementation & testing plans, and execution of all UX/UI features

Responsibilities and Duties:

Product/Project Management

Manage full product life cycle of existing and emerging products across platforms focusing on revenue, growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, attrition, retention, and engagement

Define clear roadmaps with actionable goals and objectives by analysing the eCommerce platform's contribution to revenue and core KPIs

Collaborate with stakeholders to research, define and detail market and user-specific needs/requirements and ensure the financial viability of new product ideas

Develop and effectively communicate project approach, scope, use cases and timelines on weekly development cycles to respective direct reports

Develop and manage A/B testing pipeline based on conversion and performance stats

Effectively lead and develop Product Management team members & resources

Lead and facilitate project meetings, presentations, and retrospectives

UX & UI Experience

Ability to conceptualize an abstract + creative ideas and turn it them into user-friendly features per specific use cases

Create and maintain visual guidelines with the Creative team to ensure consistent representation of the Black Crows brand across the web experience and digital touch points

Develop deep understanding of the design & UX principles based on performance and apply learnings through complete wireframes and flow charts/diagrams

Have a strong point of view on design elements and interactions and how it pertains to a better user experience overall

Site Experience & Analysis

Identify the web experience's success metrics in relations to core business KPIs

Keep track of all web performance in terms of customer data, usage, and conversion metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Define and lead the DTC web and eCommerce experience and its feature roadmap to exceed business goals on conversion, revenue, and profit

Study and gather insights to end-users' behaviors specific to the shopping experience on to enhance engagement and conversion potential

Communicate, with crystal clarity, in whatever form necessary, not only the function but also the emotion that experiencing the web experience should evoke


Define technical strategy and drive results for short- and long-term goals and business priorities

Continuously explore new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency, quality, and align with growth objectives


Bachelor's Degree in Business/CS/MIS/other relevant majors or equivalent work experience

2 years+ experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Fluent in English, French would be a plus

Experience in defining product strategy, road-mapping, goal setting, spec writing, managing project execution, A/B testing, UI/UX wire-framing, defining product roll-out strategy

Experience in managing a mid-sized Tech team would be a plus

Multiple successful product launches under your belt with documented impacts

Great communicator with strong relationship and interpersonal skills
