Key Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our business as a Territory Development Executive, helping to drive product availability and sales in major grocery and high street outlets within your area.

Key to your role is developing excellent in-store relationships with the main decision makers in Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsburys and other retailers.

Utilising data, reports and insight provided by Clear Box Retail, along with your relationship building skills, you will look to:

· maintain distribution and stock levels of core SKUs

· increase availability and maximise awareness of the clients' products

· develop strong working relationships with branch managers or key decision makers within your stores

· ensure promotional activity is fully implemented

· gain new opportunities to increase sales by pre-selling promotions and gaining additional displays

· provide feedback on competitor/market intelligence

You will be working 4 days a week as standard (Tue to Fri) from 9am to 3.30pm (24.68 hours per week).

This role will cover stores that sit within the following postcode areas: BL, M, OL, WN, WA & L

Ideal base location: Manchester

You will be supported in your role with regular field accompaniments, a field buddy system, training support and bi-monthly team meetings. You will be provided with a company mobile phone.

You must have a full UK driving license and use of your own reliable car (currently 25p/mile will be paid for all business mileage) to travel within your defined territory.

As a Territory Development Executive working at Clear Box Retail, you will be provided the data and reports to allow you to direct your actions effectively and efficiently in store, maximising client investment.

What you will need:

· Ideally you will have experience within the grocery retail sector, although we will consider 5 from motivated individuals from other sectors

· A keen eye for detail, to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard

· Driven to achieve objective to ensure we constantly deliver for our client

· Strong communication skills, to build excellent instore and cross-team relationships

· First-rate organisational skills, effectively managing your store visits and ensuring administration is sent to the correct people, at the correct time

· To be comfortable with technology - using your company mobile to view and enter store data, view briefs and upload photos

· You will also need to live within your territory

· To be eligible to work in the UK
