Role Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on unemployed people's lives in the Hastings area.


The successful applicant will be managing a team of trainees providing line management support, training, site and operational supervision and management across all work-related matters related to the trainees.


The charity is looking for an excellent communicator who can engage and motivate a team of trainees. Tasks will include identifying, planning, managing, and delivering a diverse programme of habitat and path/access improvements at heathland, woodlands, rivers, and grassland sites.


Main Duties Include:



  • Supervise, train and manage a team of unemployed clients undertaking habitat and path/access improvement projects.

  • Maintain the programmes' systems and procedures by which the Trust will be able to manage training initiatives successfully.
