Junior IT Support Engineer (Tickets Networking Desktop). Hugely successful IT distributor that works with a number of well-known tech companies such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams is seeking a bright and driven Junior IT Support Engineer to join their team.
As a Junior IT Support Engineer you'll be responsible for handling IT tickets, prioritising issues based on the severity and impact on the business and responding to these tickets within a timely manner. You'll take complete ownership of the ticketing system and manage any issues raised through to resolution.
Based in Berkshire you'll be joining a friendly and supportive company that have a great culture. You won't be expected to be in the office every day and once you're up to speed you can WFH 1 - 2 days per week.
- Commercial experience in a IT Support role
- Good understanding of how ticketing works (troubleshooting and resolving issues)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
