- Responsible for developing a comprehensive clinical formulation based on completion and/or review of chemical dependency or mental health screenings.
- Must be able to develop, assign, and monitor individualized treatment and continuing care plans.
- Will also be responsible for providing brief interventions for chemical dependency and mental health needs as well as crisis intervention services.
- Candidate must complete day-to-day service documentation as required and maintain effective communication while engaging clients in services.
Bachelor's Degree in social work
Required: LSW or LPC
Salary: $45,000 annually
