They’ve been doubling in size year-on-year for the past 4 years, revenue has almost doubled and so has their MRR, this is something to get excited about.
I’m working with an ambitious business in Cloud Distribution, a serial award winner and an industry leader of Cloud Services to IT Consultants across the world. With their revenue growth and internal promotions, they have set themselves up to hire a new Partner focused Account Manager.
Consultative. Relationship building. The 3 words you will live by in this role.
There is no room for pushy, unresearched and unprepared salespeople here.
The business has recently been acquired by a Channel focused communications and IT provider; you’ll be working with their existing partners to upsell them on a range of Microsoft products and migrate them over to the Cloud services side.
With around 2000 partners to work with, and existing campaigns filling their customers ears with brand recognition, no call will be cold. You’ll be working with warm customers and selling them a whole new product, so you’ll need be able to grasp the technical aspect of the role, too!
Ambition, drive, hunger for more and willingness to learn is what I am looking for in this person, progression will always be available to you, so you’ll need to be able to prove you’ve got what it takes.
Their current Head of Sales started 3 years ago as an Account Manager, this could be you, too.
To be considered you’ll need:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a Sales/Account Management role (within the tech industry is preferable!)
* Experience selling Microsoft is preferable
* A positive, tenacious attitude
* Awesome communication skills
They are paying £25k basic with £5k commission on top, their HQ is in Hessle, however they are open to remote workers.
