IT Service Desk Analyst is required by our manufacturing client based in Cheltenham. A salary of up to £26k basic is available.

Reporting to the 2nd line Team Leader, the IT Service Desk Analyst will work in support of the company Dynamics AX ERP systems and will be trained both on Dynamics AX as well as the new Dynamics 365 system which is being rolled out soon. You will be involved in the system upgrade and user integration process. Full training is provided.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will enjoy the challenge of analysing and resolving complex technical issues whilst liaising with other ERP Analysts and Developers in problem resolution. You will take ownership of support issues from users, providing software fault diagnosis and resolution as well as fix testing.

Required skills:

- Support experience within a Microsoft Operating Systems environment.
- Solid ERP systems experience (ideally Dynamics AX or D365) is desirable.
- Previous Service Management experience (ITIL preferable)
- Knowledge of Citrix, Windows 10 and Office 365

Travel to other sites may be occasionally required. There is a shift pattern covering 8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5.30pm with some on-call requirements. You must hold a full UK driving licence.

Salary:

Basic salary to £26k plus benefits.
