Are you an experienced Business Development Executive, looking for your next exciting step with an organisation who will give the opportunity to progress your career?

Are you passionate about gaining a client and not just a sale?

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team.

This exciting new role allows you to take ownership of the full sales cycle - from initial prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and creating valued customers. We are currently offering a hybrid working model, so whilst we are based in Bedford, all we ask is that our ideal candidate lives within a commutable distance.

To succeed in the role, you will:

be a strong communicator who loves to talk on the phone - you'll be making a high volume of outbound calls each day
have the ability to establish rapport quickly and maintain a professional attitude when overcoming obstacles
be customer focused, with strong listening and presentation skills
have a positive attitude, with a high level of enthusiasm to develop within the role and Company
be a reliable, tenacious, and results-driven individual that quickly establishes themselves as a key part of the team to deliver a common goal
have excellent literacy and numeracy skills enabling you to develop your own proposals and emailsIn return, you will be rewarded with an excellent commission package, the opportunity to join a great team and:

Continuous support from Senior Management as you grow into the roleWe are looking for an individual who can sell with confidence. By making daily outbound B2B calls and dealing with inbound sales enquiries you will create a pipeline of opportunities that will take your career with THSP to the next level.

You will embrace the responsibility for generating your own business opportunities through channels such as LinkedIn, as well as following up on inbound enquiries generated by our marketing team.

This role will see you participate in discovery calls to understand the customers' requirements and provide the appropriate solution to meet their needs, communicated to them through professionally written proposals. Discovery calls may also include the demonstration of our growing range of software products so you will need to have confidence with technology.

Essential Skills

Minimum of one year's sales experience, in a B2B telesales environment
Confident and professional on the phone
Extremely motivated and keen to close deals
Ability to learn new technology and demonstrate products to prospective customers
Brilliant organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with close attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft Office skillsDesirable Skills

Experience of working in Health and Safety or Employment Law would be a significant advantage
Experience in using CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience of LinkedIn Sales NavigatorAbout Company
