Megantic UK is hiring up to 4x self-sufficient, solution-driven New Business Development Managers to join our growing UK commercial team immediately.
Depending on experience and proven skill, in time, there is the opportunity to earn a role as team leader.
We welcome candidates that are coachable and comfortable with proactively prospecting potential client-partners and developing trusting and lasting relationships.
What Tasks You'll Be Doing:
* Self-generating leads, make outbound calls, produce over-the-shoulder videos consulting eCommerce business owners on how to strengthen their website performance
* Use creative, genuine and investigative enquiry to consult business owners to find the right business solution to their digital hurdles
* Researching and establishing prospect feasibility to develop a solid sales pipeline of relevant, ideal business leads
What Skills You'll Possess:
* Relevant B2B prospecting experience in the UK market, with an appropriate understanding of commercial nuances
* Setting and conducting B2B meetings with the ability to manage and close new business opportunities on your own
* Highly-organised with an ability to manage and maintain healthy, relevant sales pipelines using CRM tools like HubSpot
What Attitude You'll Need To Succeed:
* A curious, yet humble mindset combined with a proactive, self-sufficient and tenacious attitude to self-generating leads
* The ability to immediately yet effortlessly build rapport with different business stakeholders in order to secure meetings
