Basic: £18,600 basic + commission, OTE £24,600
Hours: 40 per week including evenings and weekends
We are the designated drivers on our brand's journey, we are looking for people to grab the wheel and provide a positive influence for our customers, colleagues and communities.
Our Telesales people are the spreaders of good carma, they are the first contact our customers have and make a positive lasting impression.
Are you ready to grab the wheel?
You will be the first point of contact for our customers looking to purchase a vehicle, there is no hard sell involved as the customer will have seen the car on the website so all you need to do is close it off.
There are targets to hit and KPI's so you will need to communicate effectively and have a customer mind-set at all times.
How will you spread good carma?
You don't need to be a successful Salesperson or even have experience in the automotive world (although that would be great). All we ask is that you have:
Great communication skills, particularly over the phone along with some experience in a Customer Service, Retail or Contact Centre role which would be ideal. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are also required.
Full training will be provided and we always look for the potential that a person can bring to a role.
You will get a chance to show this if you are successful as we will do our 1st stage interviews via a pre-recorded Video Interview. Keep an eye on your inbox for that!
