You're on a journey to become a top software developer, and although you are still early in your career, you know you have potential and want to push yourself.
But you're not getting the growth you need where you work.
Maybe there aren't enough great senior developers to learn from, you've soaked up everything you can learn, or you're yearning to work with different technologies.
It could be that since COVID hit, the training and support has dried up.
Whatever the reason, my client can solve it.
You'll join one of the truest meritocracies I've seen, working with brilliant developers who will push you to your peak.
The role is for a world-leading marketing tech company; you'd work on the business's product side, which has three brands, all doing something different.
From generating leads with intelligent web interactions, to completely personalising website experiences for the user or utilising intelligent automation and bespoke integrations to turbocharge their clients' results.
The teams have in common their journey to become a best-in-class software engineering company, with an exciting roadmap of changes to processes and practices to achieve it.
Teams where your ideas are essential, and you'll play a significant part in defining where it's going and how they get there.
You can choose how little or how much you work in the office after COVID. It's the results that matter.
