Service Manager Support - FINMA/M365/KPI

Our client is looking for a support as Service Management - Support Services and Provider Management for a short period. Expected are 10 working days during September till November.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Conception of the governance for the target operating model with the external providers.
- Define the process and tool interfaces with the providers involved.
- Formulate the requirements for governance and the operation model to be contractually secured.
- Define the standard service level parameters and KPIs (non-functional requirements).
- Collect the functional (standard) service levels and KPIs from the other work streams.

Expected deliverables
- Concept of the future governance and the target operating model with the external providers.
- Descriptions of the process interfaces.
- Standard service level and KPI.

Expected knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of IT and service provider management, service design and external providers.
- Practical experience from similar migration projects (on-prem to hybrid cloud, M365) in a company subordinate to FINMA is an advantage.
- Project language is English
- German is nice to have
