Service Manager - FINMA/M365

Our client is looking for a support as Service Management - Service Design and Service Management for a short period. Expected are 16 working days during September till November.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Conception of the operational processes for the required practices (eg Evergreen mgmt.) with the external providers.
- Collecting and defining the requirements, service delimitations for the service design, acceptance or development of the functional and non-functional service parameters (service level, KPI).

Expected deliverables
- Service descriptions.

Expected knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of IT and service provider management, service design and external providers.
- Practical experience from similar migration projects (on-prem to hybrid cloud, M365) in a company subordinate to FINMA is an advantage.
- Project language is English
- German is nice to have
