A fantastic opportunity to join our client at a time of significant transformation. They have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to carry out Business Analysis processes across the Group.

They’re looking for an individual with a relevant qualification and proven experience of Business Analysis processes and practices in a Digital Services and/or IT environment. You will be an experienced manager with a track record of leading and developing teams.
Primarily, you will be responsible for:
Taking control of business analysis activity across the business
Partnering with the business and informs business objectives, strategy and requirements
Mapping business functions and processes
Performance management of first line reports
Monitoring the allocation and progress of tasks to junior Business Analysts
Taking an active part in the definition, design and procurement of digital systems and supporting technology
Identifying, promoting and progressing opportunities for improvement across the business
