Key Responsibilities



  • Overall project management

  • F2B stakeholder management - accountable for STC and other working meetings

  • F2B coordination with business analysts, requirements engineers and IT

  • Impact analysis, support for business requirements, test cases, implementation, operational readiness and final delivery

  • Transparent communication F2B - communicate and report progress, changes, risks and performance

  • PMO activities for planning and reporting in OnePPM.

  • Ability to work under tight timeframes and meet stakeholder expectations
    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

  • Undertake analysis of DQIM topics and provide insightful observations and recommendations on key trends identified


Essentials Skills and Qualifications:



  • Project management experience leading complex projects - at least 5 years' experience

  • Profound understanding of F2B credit risk business processes and experience to work extensively with F2B representatives

  • Ability to support business analysis

  • Track record of delivering F2B projects working closely with Business and IT

  • Transparent communication, flexibility

  • Proper planning and reporting

  • Excellent understanding of credit risk discipline from data quality and data analysis perspective with experience in credit risk data integration

  • Business and process requirements, data quality analysis, analytical and documentation skills

  • Operational readiness planning and execution

  • Pragmatic, "can-do" attitude and ability to work independently under tight timelines and constraints

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of delivery

  • Effective time management - able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

  • Good team player
