SAP PLAN/SAP-APO Solution Analyst - Dutch speaking, based in Belgium.


Principal Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy SAP SCM APO (or similar planning tool)/SAP Manufacturing/SAP SD/SAP Finance and Logistics solutions.

Work with Scrum Teams to ensure design, build and test meet required acceptance criteria and business requirements.

Configure, unit test, integration test, support UAT and provide user documentation within SAP SCM APO (or similar planning tool)/SAP Manufacturing and integration with external supply planning tool OMP (OM Partners) for new functionalities

Coordinate change and ensure compliance with internal change management processes.

Job description:

Develop a strong understanding on the template design.

Understand and evaluate business requirements, identify the changes to the template and translate them into functional specification and technical design.

Perform hands-on configuration and instruct ABAP programmers.

Define unit test scenarios and execute unit testing. Document test scripts and test evidence in testing tool (HP Quality center).

Define integration test scenarios and execute integration testing. Document the scripts and evidence in the testing tool.

Assist business users during UAT.

Perform Regression test scenarios for testing the existing functionalities against changes.

Provide post go-live support and drive the smooth transition of the support to the respective teams

With the other team members, be accountable for on time delivery of the project deliverables.

Required skills:

Minimum 5-7 years' experience in SAP SCM APO/Manufacturing within a regulated batch managed environment.

Multiple deployments of SAP SCM APO/SAP Manufacturing solutions in a global pharmaceutical company.

Strong knowledge of GxP and SOX and Computer System Validation requirements.

Strong knowledge of SAP SCM APO/SAP PP/QM/SAP WM/MM, SAP FICO, BW and ERP.

Integration experience with eWM for pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution would be a plus.

Experience with LIMS integration in pharmaceutical manufacturing would be a plus.

Experience defining, implementing and delivering solutions for SAP Manufacturing/SAP SCM APO/SAP SD/SAP Finance and Logistics.

Ability to communicate functional requirements to developers and provide implementation guidance.

Strong experience with Planning (APO or OMP preferable)/PP-PI/QM configuration/SD/LE configuration, plus experience in the integration of SAP with external systems such as SNC, Inventory Optimization, BW, MES, LIMS, RF, WMS and 3PL systems and process historians.

Strong knowledge of the ERP process integration points with other modules such as FI-CO, MM, SD, PP and PP-PI.

Strong knowledge of the supply chain solutions provided by OM partners like, Manufacturing or Production Scheduling and Supply .

Communication Skills:

Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Require excellent communication skills towards key users on functional level.

Tools

SAP ECC: Extensive experience working with the flows of these SAP applications besides having good knowledge on integration of various SAP modules.

OMP Plus: Strong Knowledge of OMP Plus is a must have.

Integration/Middleware: Strong knowledge of various tools integration tools is preferred

HP ALM: knowledge of HP ALM is required

Strong experience working in a validated environment is required

Desired skills:

Sound Knowledge of Supply Chain execution and planning tools

Ability to work independently, as well as seamlessly collaborate with the necessary teams when required.

Experience in working with a Global & virtual team

Experience working in a multicultural environment, with key stake holders located across different geographical regions.

Experience working in GxP Regulated environment.

Experience working in Agile/SAFe Agile environment is preferred
