We are looking for an interim manager eager to engage actively in operational stabilization of the new pension administration organization within the structure. This involves managing effectively daily operations for open cases (Front- and Backoffice).
Capacity planning for open transitional cases (backlog handling and ongoing requests) - forecast and actuals
Setting up targets for operational team to perform planned cases
Carrying out regular performance reviews with team members.
Preparation performance reports and progress tracking
Managing change, continuous improvement within the scope of service delivery
Proven track of success records in backlog handling/operations management (preferred in financial institutions)
Role model in terms of service delivery, eg planning and organizing, managing and controlling, analytical problem solving
Process management and continuous improvements skills
Experienced in staff acquisition, as well as managing and developing others
Advanced knowledge of service delivery and strong people management experience
Strong attention to detail, decision making and judgment
High level of customer service skills
Impact & influencing skills
Project management skills
Fluency in English
