Customer Support Network Engineer
As Customer Support Network Engineer, you are responsible for the remote technical implementation of Explore, SDWAN and voice solutions for professional customers.
You will have hands-on experience with Cisco Routers for configuration and problem analysis.
Cisco knowledge is equivalent to CCNA level.
Knowledge of OneAccess Routers is an asset.
You have a very good knowledge of IP Addressing.
You are sufficiently bilingual in NL/FR to manage a portfolio of national clients. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
