PMO (HR oriented) - Remote and Brussels, Belgium - English speaking

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a PMO (HR Oriented).

For this role you can work remotely and will need to be onsite 1-2 days per week.

As an HR Chief of Staff, you will be working directly with the Head of HR and the HR leadership team in support of the HR strategy. The Chief of Staff is a high-visibility strategic partner that supports the HR leadership team with effective performance management, decision-making, project management and delivery, and the execution of strategic initiatives across the custome. This role is critical in terms of the focus it has on supporting the execution of the HR strategy to deliver Innovation Performance Trust/Culture (IPTc) objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with multiple HR stakeholders (eg HR team, Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Business leaders, etc.) to ensure progress against the IPTc objectives.

Responsibilities include some of the following:
Support HR strategy deployment
Facilitate the monitoring, tracking and reporting of measures to check progress against the strategy and IPTc objectives
Project manage and at times lead multiple high-visibility projects for HR
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed
Provide reports and analytics to the HR team to address specific business issues and/or to help in decision making
Design and implementation of a sustainable performance management system for HR
Work across all parts of the HR model to ensure HR can deliver their objectives and support the team in execution of the IPT objectives
Manage multiple stakeholders and prepare information and materials required by for Executive meetings (VLT, HRLT)
Support the HR team members in structuring and planning meetings to ensure that strategic threads are pulled through across HR
Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the HR

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience. Including project management

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Experienced in leading change
Mastery in data analytics, using multiple interfaces and tools
Demonstrated leadership ability to work in a Matrix environment with senior management
Mastery of project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
Strong organizational, planning, and business acumen skills required
Proven ability to interpret customer needs as well as negotiation and influence skills
Leadership skills must include collaboration, innovation and partnership
Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate to diverse audiences.
Ability to produce concise and simple summaries of concepts and solutions
Able to cope under pressure with sometimes conflicting priorities.
Awareness and experience with L6S Fundamental tools
