PMO - Amsterdam - Remote Working

PMO required for initial 6 month contract with Tiro Partners' client in Amsterdam. As PMO you will be responsible for coordinating the PMO and supporting the program management team within the organisation.
The PMO will be able to work within complex and challenging PMO environments, working autonomously and taking ownership of PMO tasks where appropriate.
You will have a proven track-record working within busy PMO's with demonstrable skills within managing project administration, workshop facilitation, budgets and finance reports, steering groups, and governance processes and standards.
As PMO Analyst you will have excellent planning and organisational skills, alongside first-rate communication and influencing capabilities, and experience using both Jira and Sharepoint.
To summarise, the PMO will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in enterprise organisations as PMO
- Experience coordinating and facilitating workshops
- Managing program capacity demand
- Influencing project managers to meet program deadlines
- Steering groups
- Strong communicating skills
- Knowledge of Jira and SharePoint
You will also be a confident self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently across multiple workstreams.
