SAP HR Payroll Architect - English and Dutch Speaking - Belgium

We have received instructions from one of the world's most innovative consultancies to secure a SAP HR Payroll Architect. This exciting and challenging project is happening in a beautiful and vibrant city of Belgium and will provide long-term (12months +) job continuity and lots of job satisfaction.

Project Details;

The existing externally hosted payroll system should be replaced by the SAP HR system that is already in use in Germany and Canada (planned GoLive in June). The implementation of SAP HR is intended to reduce the manual activities of the HR department, automate the processes, and introduce standardized global reporting. The existing time recording terminals should also transmit the employees' time postings directly to the SAP time management system so that the calculations of time balances, bonuses, etc. can be made directly and automatically in the SAP HR system. By using the existing SAP Fiori ESS/MSS portal, the approval processes should also be standardized, and the manual activities of the HR department reduced.

Responsibilities/Expereince needed;

  • 1 Modules to be implemented:

  • Personnel Administration,

  • Positive Time Management,

  • Belgium Payroll

  • Self-Service portal (SAP Fiori Portal already available and used for Germany and Canada (planned GoLive in June)

  • SAP HR mini-master data for employees and SAP Organizational Management already exists.
