HEPCO has a long-term contract position for one of our elite clients in NYC. The person will be supporting a fast-pace, high-visibility office.
Under direct supervision, provide assistance in the administration of multiple Consultant Contracts and Payments.
Normal Work Schedule and Location:
Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m.
New York, NY 10004
A Baccalaureate Degree from accredited college
Two (2) years of Full time experience working with a large public or private firm with a concentration in payroll, financial systems, timekeeping, audit and/or related field.
Special Skills/Training Requirements:
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word Excel, Access and various computer applications.
Must have and understanding of data structure and knowledge of data management such as sorting, filtering and scanning.
Description of Work:
Prepare task/work order agreements.
Prepare task/work order monitoring reports.
Send task scopes and work order requests to consultants.
Evaluate cost proposals compared to in-house estimates and the contract.
Determine funding requirements for task/work orders.
Obtain cost proposals and resumes.
Process consultants' payment applications to ensure timely processing.
Prepare and manage payment progress reports.
Set up alerts to get notified of new vacancies.
