For a Dutch Banking client, I am seeking for Customer Journey Expert for a 6 to 12 month contract in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Your main contribution on this assignment is to carry out research to uncover and validate enablers and influencing factors for the craftsmanship and maturity growth of our global Tech workforce

This will include some of the following tasks

  • Define, plan, and conduct exploratory and descriptive research

  • Build a deep understanding of our colleagues' needs, goals and workflows, as well as our current HR practices (ie learning and development, performance management, onboarding, etc)

  • Based on those needs and research results, propose and formulate insights, opportunities and deliverables for employee experience journeys

  • Work closely with our global network of internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely updates on progress

Skills required

  • Customer Journey role expertise, using standard methodologies and tools (interviews, customer journey maps, design thinking, PACE, etc).

  • Strong research and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills, with a team player mentality

  • Comfortable with planning, prioritizing, conducting, analysing and communicating research individually in a variety of contexts

  • Strong understanding of our engineering culture, and foundational technical skills

  • Pro-active and hands-on attitude

  • Demonstrated track record of resourcefulness and delivering results

  • Proficient/fluent in English
