Link Nutrition has an opportunity for a savvy hands-on E-Commerce Digital/Performance Marketing Manager to build the brands e-commerce strategy. Channels include PPC, digital display, paid social media, email marketing, website optimisation, social media, content, chat bots, UX and SEO. This role is ideally suited for a highly numerate and data-driven digital marketing manager with 3-5 years of experience.
This role will suit a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset who isn't afraid to get stuck in with the planning and crucially the implementation of performance marketing campaigns. You can't be afraid to roll up your sleeves and execute.
You will work collaboratively with the team to create our digital marketing strategy and you will ensure that the team efficiently manages their time and executes the strategy. The role does require a hands-on approach with paid search, paid social and the day-to-day overseeing of the digital marketing strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for helping create and deliver the digital and performance marketing strategy. You will work alongside a Senior Marketing/Content Executive, designer, copywriter and various other suppliers as required. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop a team to support you.
Provide vision and leadership to steer the digital strategy in order to drive online traffic and sales to our websites while maximising customer lifetime value and retention. You need to be able to think outside the box to work out creative and clever solutions to drive traffic and sales.
Involvement in the yearly budgeting and forecasting process. Experience allocating, managing and controlling a budget to deliver the most efficient return on spend.
KPI Creation, Reporting and Control
You will be accountable for the creation of weekly/monthly KPI dashboards to track website and digital marketing performance. You should have a strong understanding of web analytics and creating sales reports with a focus on customer retention and LTV. You'll have to love working with excel spreadsheets and be competent using advanced formulas and pivot tables to make sense of large datasets.
Day-to-day planning, management and implementation of all paid Facebook, Google and display ads. Responsibility for maintaining product feeds. Prior experience creating targeted Facebook ads with a heavy focus on optimisation strategies to continuously improve campaign performance. Weekly reporting to monitor CPA targets, performance and budgets.
You will be required to have technical knowledge in this area as you will be setting and running sophisticated campaigns.
Website Management, User Experience and Optimisation
Work closely with a Marketing Executive to manage website functionality and ensure content is up to date. Optimise the customer experience by focusing on landing page and user funnel creation to maximise conversions. A solid understanding on the latest e-commerce developments, best practices and tools will be looked favourably on.
Suggest website improvements and work with a team of developers to bring ideas to fruition.
Recommend and implement the best apps and tools to grow our customer base and retain customers.
Develop an email marketing strategy to engage, upsell, acquire and retain customers.
Alongside the marketing executive set up and schedule email campaigns in line with the email marketing strategy and calendar.
Familiarity with Klaviyo to segment our database and execute email marketing campaigns would be beneficial.
Oversee Day to Day Execution of the Digital Marketing Strategy
Although you will not be expected to be hands on creating content you will be required to oversee the delivery of the digital strategy covering social, influencer, loyalty programs, referral, content etc...

- £35,000 - £42,000 salary.
