American Income Life: AO is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join their award-winning agency support center in Redmond, Washington. The successful candidate will take ownership over projects, both big and small, with a high attention to detail. The candidate will provide support for major accounting areas, including daily bank account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounts reconciliation, and general ledger adjustment.
The successful candidate will have great communication skills (written & verbal), a strong work ethic, excellent organization skills, positive mindset, high energy, great attention to detail and strong computer skills.
Additional requirements include:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable/receivable
- College Degree in Accounting or Business is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus but not required
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
Full-time job; 40 hours (Monday -- Friday; some weekend work when needed)
